At the end of 2019, HachiBot began its journey with one mission and one mission only: Bring the World into the Robot Age. We believe the era of companion robots is coming and we have faith in technology that will help human civilization progress while make a better world for generations to come.

We are a bunch of veteran entrepreneurs, scientists, programmers and technicians, equipped with a strong support team, from top-notch unicorn companies, robotic companies, electronic design companies as well as prestigious university laboratories in China, the United States and Japan.

We are developing the first intelligent quadruped robot for emotional companionship. We hope that our robot can contribute to the happiness of human race.

THE FOUNDERS

Zhenyu CHEN
Founder & CEO
Mr. Chen used to be the CEO of Qunar, the founder of Zhuaxia.com, and the senior technical manager of Baidu. He is also one of Baidu's top 100 employees. Mr. Chen is with an EMBA degree from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business and a bachelor's degree in computer science from Wuhan University of Water Conservancy.

CO-FOUNDER
Mr. Gan used to be the CTO and Chairman of the Technical Committee of Ctrip, CTO of Qunar and system architect of Amap, Mr. Gan is with a master's degree in computer science from Wuhan University.

Miao YANG
CO-FOUNDER
Mr. Yang used to be the president in Financial Business Department of Ctrip, the VP of Technology and the Technical Committee of Qunar. He started a business as a partner during college and sold the company to People Lesoft. Mr.Yang is with a bachelor's degree in computer mathematics from Jilin University.

Mr. Cai used to be the CTO of the Accommodation Business Department and the VP of Technology of the Wireless Business Department of Qunar; and the system architect of Amap.
